Private Eye Examinations are £26, unless you are entitled to a Free NHS test

The following groups of people are entitled to an NHS test:

• under 16
• under 19 and in full time education
• over 60
• receiving certain benefits
• diabetic
• you or an immediate family member have glaucoma

Retinal photography is £8

Colour vision tests for occupational reports are £15

Contact Lens aftercare appoinments for patients not on the direct debit scheme are £40. It is recommended that contact lens wearers should have an aftercare appointment at least once a year, and we cannot supply lenses if it is more that a year since your last check up
